Conn. State Senator Scott Frantz has co-sponsored a law requiring expanded coverage by insurers for Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Public Act 09-115 is effective January 1, 2010 and includes diagnosis, treatment, some medications, and psychological treatments for ASD. You can read the law here by clicking the  link.
